Exchanges can be made within 30 days from original date of purchase, provided the product has not been worn and product is returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be included with exchange requests. ICICLES is not responsible for incorrect item(s) ordered online by the customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges with exchanges. Shipping/Handling charge is $12.95 (1 lb. maximum). NO REFUNDS.
Warranty Replacement Parts:
Replacement parts are not covered under the one-year manufacturers warranty policy. When ordering replacement parts for your ICICLES®
eyewear, we advise that the eyewear be shipped to our repair facility to guarantee that the replacement part(s) properly fit the eyewear. ICICLES is not responsible for incorrect item(s) ordered online by the customer. Shipping/Handling charges apply: small parts in envelope $5.00, parts sent in box $12.95.
Expected Turn-Around Time:
ICICLES will attempt to repair/exchange all eyewear returns within 5-7 business days after receiving your return box. Depending upon eyewear stock and/or parts availability, it may take longer to complete the necessary repairs/exchanges. Repair/exchange turn around time does not include shipping to and from the ICICLES repair facility.
