ICICLES is an established, well known brand name that has a great track record for success in the eyewear market segment. We are currently seeking established brick and mortar retailers to considered for our Authorized Dealer program. Please contact us for pricing and a login to access our wholesale rates on the web.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges can be made within 30 days from original date of purchase, provided the product has not been worn and product is returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be included with exchange requests. ICICLES is not responsible for incorrect item(s) ordered online by the customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges with exchanges. Shipping/Handling charge is $12.95 (1 lb. maximum). You can Access Our Exchange Form here.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

RETURNS:

Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges with returns - $12.95 (1 lb. maximum) for return shipping back to you. You must submit an online request for all Warranty Claims and Repairs. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of your box for our return dept. to begin processing your box and paperwork.

REPAIRS:

We reserve the right to repair at a minimum charge of $15.00 for non-warranty repair requests. Other parts may be available for an additional cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges with repairs. Shipping/Handling charge is $12.95 (1 lb. maximum). NO REFUNDS.

Replacement parts are not covered under the one-year manufacturers warranty policy. When ordering replacement parts for your ICICLES®eyewear, we advise that the eyewear be shipped to our repair facility to guarantee that the replacement part(s) properly fit the eyewear. ICICLES® is not responsible for incorrect item(s) ordered online by the customer. Shipping/Handling charges apply:  small parts in envelope $5.00, parts sent in box $12.95.

Expected Turn-Around Time: ICICLES® will attempt to repair/exchange all eyewear returns within 5-7 business days after receiving your return box.  Depending upon eyewear stock and/or parts availability, it may take longer to complete the necessary repairs/exchanges. Repair/exchange turn around time does not include shipping to and from the ICICLES® repair facility. 

Please use the Return Form under the Returns & Exchanges tab, print and follow simple instructions being sure to include all contact information for expediting your requests.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet

SHIPPING TO OUR FACILITY:

Please ship in a box with adequate packing material. The warranty is VOID if your eyewear is not shipped in a well-packaged box. No Padded Envelopes will be accepted! It is advised to wrap broken/separate pieces individually so as to eliminate damage. We recommend that you ship all items to us via a carrier who provides package tracking and insurance. No drop-off return requests currently available and must be processed using the Return Form under the Returns & Exchanges tab - please print and follow the simple instructions.

ONE-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY FOR ICICLES® Eyewear, Inc.

This policy applies only to the eyewear frames manufacturing defects that occur during one year from your original purchase date. Warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear, worn scratched lenses, and/or special orders. You must provide proof of purchase for all warranty requests - no exceptions.  For eyewear returns over one year old, you must enclose $27.95 to cover fees for minor adjusting / cleaning / handling / shipping. Please do not send cash. ICICLES®will contact you if additional fees for parts/services are necessary.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

The warranty is VOID if your eyewear is not shipped in a well-packaged box. No Padded Envelopes will be accepted! ICICLES®is not responsible for lost boxes. We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking information so you can track your box to our facility.  One-year manufacturers warranty is also VOID if your ICICLES® eyewear is repaired by someone other than an ICICLES® service technician. We cannot reconstruct new eyewear when any part(s) of the eyewear are damaged or destroyed.The Warranty Department reserves the right to inspect the eyewear and either accept it for replacement, repair or refuse your request. Warranted eyewear will be repaired or replaced, at company discretion, and shipped back to you, a $12.95 return shipping fee applies.
